Our first product is a web-based instant messenger (IM) service connecting the top four IM systems in the world, MSN, Yahoo!, AIM, and QQ. Hundreds of millions of people around the world use these IM systems to communicate with their friends, family and colleagues. We bring all of them together into a very user-friendly web interface.

Q: Why do I need to use IMhaha.com?

A: With IMhaha, you do not need to download any software onto your computer. Just go to www.imhaha.com from your Internet browser, and log on with any or all of your IM accounts (MSN, Yahoo!, AIM, or QQ) and start chatting with your buddies. This provides two major benefits: first, you can use IM services on any computer that has Internet connection; second, without downloading software to you computer, the risk of unwanted intrusion to your computer is significantly reduced.

Q: When I use IMhaha, are my username, password, and messages safe?

A: : We use HTTPS protocol, which is the same SSL technology used by online banks to protect online financial transactions. So your password, username, and all the messages are encrypted and protected.

We do not record your passwords and usernames on our system unless a profile is created. All the information in you profile is encrypted and protected.

We do not store your messages. If a chat history is required, your chat will be recorded and the chat log will be sent to your email addressed. And your chat history will be then removed from our system.

Q: Will using IMhaha introduce new and unwanted spams?

A: No. Imhaha acts as an intermediary or exchange between different IM systems. We do not introduce new and unwanted spams. Furthermore, since all communications are going through our server which is centrally controlled, we can use additional measures to reduce spams in the future.

Q: Do I need to pay for using IMhaha?

A: No. Using IMhaha is totally free.

Q: How is IMhaha different from other web-based IM services?

A: First, we use SSL technology to encrypt your password, username and all the messages. So your communications are most secure with us.ï¿?br>

Second, we enable cross-IM system conference. For example, you can invite your friends from MSN, Yahoo, or AIM to have a group chat together. No other IM services offer this feature.

Third, you can collaborate with your buddies in real-time by using our unique Easibo feature, a commonly shared online whiteboard. No other IM services offer this feature.

Q: How can I use the conference feature?

A: After you log on with your IM account(s), click on "conference" on the top right of the web page. Conference Manager Window will open up. You can then select from the list of available buddies and add to the conference. Once you click on "start Meeting", invitation(s) will be sent to the conference participants, and the conference Chat Window will open and you can wait for the others to join the conference.
